Premiere Classe Chartres Sud - Barjouville

Complicated stay. Late arrival announced the day before. I get the instructions to get a badge. However, the payment terminal to pay the tourist tax was HS so it was impossible to enter the hotel. I call the emergency number, I have to go to the hotel next door to find a solution. They finally give me a badge, after paying the tourist tax. Anyway, then I was able to get to my room. Lots of noise, doors slamming in the evening, in the morning... complicated. The next day, the badge no longer worked, same thing again, go back to reception... pfffff

It's a nice fast hotel. There was a small episode when I checked in. I paid the tax twice, but Ctrip paid me the tax once. The hotel is very clean and the sound insulation is good.

Après de nombreux kilomètres sur la véloscénie quel plaisir d’être accueillis avec gentillesse et une grande amabilité. Un petit jus d’orange offert pour reprendre des forces, un endroit sûr pour nos vélos et une chambre très propre et confortable…le bonheur! De tout notre parcours cet hotel bat largement les 3 étoiles vieillissants et pas toujours propres! Merci pour ce bon moment et la gentillesse simple et courtoise du personnel!

Bon accueil. Personnel sympathique. Hall Très propre, en fait l’ensemble de l’établissement est très bien tenu. Chambre très propre ainsi que le cabinet de toilettes. Équipements sombres mais il y a l’essentiel. Petit déjeuner d’un très bon rapport qualité prix. Bref très bonne expérience. Nous reviendrons.
