Bloom Hotel - Sector 19

The hotel is very comfort to stay with family and friends the staff are very humble especially the front office staffs are very kind during stay at night also the request of the guest is fulfilled by them. We would like to visit again with family.

My trip was for official purpose. The property was very close to my official site which made it very convenient to me. The property is compact and very neatly done. The decor is energetic. The rooms were very nicely done. All the necessary items were available like the water, tea-coffee kit. If anything was missing there were qr codes where we could ask for. I asked for shaving kit and toothbrush kit which was delivered immediately. The breakfast had a very good spread right from south indian to local punjabi to continental, fruits and juices and tea all included. Staff was courteous. All in all a very comfortable stay. I would recommend for stay at bloom !

The standard king room is spacious enough and the staff with the complimentary toiletries are very prompt in their service! cheers

very short rooms and also toilets room locker is not upto the mark and locker ko बैठ कर kholna होगा

Overall experience is good very clean staff is also good but one thing you need to improve that there should be a ceiling fan in the room

Room was neat and clean. Food was good. Ambiance was good.

It was nice and location was good behavior of staff was polite overall i would it is best nearby location is dlf mall gip many places.

Room service standards are not great, i had to ask for every basic amenities & remind them more than often
