Mr. Sunil Seth booked this hotel for the marriage of his daughter Akshara Seth. Our bookings were for 02/02/2023 to 05/02/2023 . At the time of booking one Mr. Rajesh Chauhan, who claimed to be the in charge of this Hotel, assured that all rooms which we booked would be provided with the Electric Kettles in each room which were not done, the supplies of the toiletries were not there in any room. Even hand towels were not there. The ceiling of one toilet gave way and made the toilet unserviceable at the time of check in. There was no provision of Drinkable water in any room. Mr. Rajesh Chauhan demanded all payment in cash to him. On demanding Bank details for transfer of the money, He refused to give that information. On contacting Mr. J S Mehta, the owner refused to help us out and showed his inability to mend the faults.

We stayed here for a wedding . The service was excellent, Stephanie and her team looked after us very well. The food was lovely, I really cannot fault this hotel . Very reasonably price . We travelled from London so this was perfectly located and less tragic from Delhi itself . Highly recommended .
