Very unhygienic place with worst service. As it was my official booking biz i would other not to take this hotel as an option. the rooms are different but in reality they in terrible condition.

The service, food and amenities are good. The staff is cooperating and food is really good. In a first look room looks good but then you start realizing the lack of attention to detail by the cleaning staff, the getting soap out of soap dispenser is another challenge, the cupboard handle is good till you dont open it. The side table glass is a game in its own, it keeps rotating, might fall down and break.

Behavior of staff was not good, no soaps were provided in bathroom even after multiple requests. Ac wasn't working properly, food quality was pathetic.

Receptionist was rude and hotel charged for even water bottles and they didn't provide ice cubes as well. Room is pretty average and lift does not work sometimes.
