nous avons passé 2 séjours dans cet hôtels, 1 de 2 nuits et le second de 1 nuit. les chambres sont propres mais dans le couloir il y a régulièrement des verres déposés au sol. Nous sommes accueilli avec 2 verres et 1 carafe en verre ...vide, les verres ne sont pas retournés pour les préservés de la poussière. Nous avions fait 18 heures de voyage et il n'y a même pas d'eau dans la carafe. A quoi cela sert il dans ce cas de la déposer sur la table de salon. Le premier séjour nous avons été "surclassé" au 8eme étage, la différence avec le second séjour est que la chambre a des portes devant le dressing, et 1 douche au lieu d'une baignoire, la dimension de la chambre est identique. Dans la chambre surclassée, il n'y a pas de prise en tête de lit coté gauche, pas top pour l'ordinateur, d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas de bureau sous les prises électrique au mur à mi-hauteur, donc aucun supports pour déposer les appareils en cours de chargement. Membre du club Accord, nous avons le droit à 1 boisson au bar, nous sommes en couple, et ce n'est qu'une boisson pour deux, il ne s'agit que de bière, coca ou verre de vin, et surtout une boisson à 5€. La marque Novotel n'est pas en mesure d'offrir 1 verre par personne à ce prix. Au second séjour nous avons eu la même attention, nous n'y sommes pas allés afin de persévérer la bénéfice de la marque.

J’ai fait plusieurs renions et séminaires dans cet hôtel. Le service commercial est aux petits soins et réponds à nos moindres demandes à des prix corrects que ce soit pour des réunions de travail que de gros afterworks business. Ce matin, j’ai testé le petit déjeuner et je me suis vraiment régalée. De bon produits et du choix. Je recommande cet établissement dont le personnel est pro et surtout adorable.

Le service d’accueil pour les réservations sont juste génial, très patient et souriant. Les chambres sont très propres, matelas et oreillers confortables. En plus, il y a canal + La restaurant est digne d’un gastro, j’ai été réconcilié avec les légumes 😊 les serveurs en restaurant très courtois et sont force de proposition. Toujours un petit mot réconfortant. À recommander +++++++++ Je sais que quoi je parle, je suis en déplacement 3 jours par semaine en Europe 😂

Cet hôtel est devenu très cher alors que les chambres ont besoin d'un très sérieux coup de rafraîchissement. Je ne parle pas du petit déjeuner qui est hors de prix !

Je suis une habituée de cet hôtel. Vraiment rien à dire. Le petit déjeuner est divers et variés. Les chambres sont spacieuses, toujours bien rangées et nettoyées. Très bon et belle accueil de la part de Williams. Toujours avec le sourire! Des qu’il est là tout va bien .
