The hotel kind of shows its age somewhat. The furniture and facilities in the room are quite dated. Still, the room was ok and the staff was great. Breakfast is one choice only, rice and beef soup. It was tasty though. Cons, the aircon sounded like it's about to die, some of the electric outlets in the room didn't work and there was no kettle. It is a very cheap hotel though, so all up still good value for money.

Stayed here for a night to break up the long drive from Bangkok to Khao Kho, everything was good (ie decent studio apartment with a small kitchenette, reception service was really nice despite arriving only after 8pm, decent breakfast included) The only issue we had was the bed was a total wood (it felt as if we were sleeping on a wooden plank), if you are not used to sleeping on really hard beds, our backs did felt sore the next morning.

Made a one night pit-stop in this hotel on our way to the South. Very good and central location and easy to reach. Close to both the Railway and Bus-station. ”Design”-hotel with ample parking space. Very friendly reception staff (english spoken). Walk-in rate (1200) was no different than the rates on Bdotcom or Ago.da. No elevator, so ask for a low floor if you don't want to count the calories marked on the stairs. Fairly new building I guess, so the facilities in the rooms are all perfectly OK. Upon checking in, you get discount-coupons for the restaurant located at the entrance. Can not comment on the restaurant as we did not use it. We had excellent dinner in a thai restaurant just 2 minutes away (turn right when you leave the hotel grounds). Ok for the stay and the quality of the hotel, but a bit overpriced imho.

First, the location is not in Google Maps. Following the freeway of the Hotel Homepage you make a 15 km away and then land 3 km away from the hotel. The hotel is located at the end of a small street and in the surroundings is nothing. A hotel Golf Ar brings one to the nearest restaurant (2.5km), but does not take one again. After a nice check-in, here nobody speaks English, we went to the room. It smells abominably acidously in the room, the beds of the previous residents were just smoothly removed, the change of bed linen in new guests is not known. The bathroom was full of hair, the floor was smooth. This room was apparently not cleaned. complained at the reception. There was only another room free. We looked at it and were shocked. The same smell, just as smoother. A called puzzle woman should quickly air, fee and re-recover the room. Should, but didn't want. With deeply lower head, the receptionist came to us and gave us the money back. Heavy songkran supplement gave it back. How can you let a nearly new hotel be disappeared in such a short time.

PROCESS As being one of top hotel chains, without delay I have pin-pointed this hotel to celebrate happy moment with my family because centara chain is thailand ‘s one of best qualified hotel. On my check-in process ( at 14.00), I have been told that my 2-booked rooms are not ready to stay so I went outside for city tour until 17.00. What happened when I came back, I had still to wait for room cleaning, but I give pressure to receptionist to find one room first for my mom to relax then I got one room. Until 18.15 I come back again to receptionist to ask for another room, you know what answer I got is that the receptionist STII. DO. NOT. KNOW. WHEN. I. CAN. GET ANOTHER ROOM. BY now as to hotel like centara chain that has managed a lot of hotels nationwide, such a situation can be handled and solved easily in more professional skill. So I phoned to hotel and talked to front office manager and informed of my story, the manager just say same. SORRY, but I do not want this word , I need the manager to clear my long-story problem, so the manager ask for 5 minutes to look into my problem. After that I have finally got room at 18.45. What doubt me a lot, if hotel do not have good management team to serve guest during festival period, why you open hotel in this period. Hotel should know well that new year is yearly big festival so you should have well-organized management with skillful staffs, not staffs that can say only S O R R Y, but cannot do anything like answering machines. What make me big disappointed is that I have never wait for one room for so so long time like this time, it should not ever happen to over-standard hotel chain like. CENTARA. If leaving behind the hotel Just drive a little and you'll get into the city very easily... But when we arrived, we used the Asian road from Bangkok, so it felt like It's far from the city. But actually it's really close...very convenient..downstairs there's a cafe. But restaurants and cafes close early. Probably around 5 p.m. Overall, suitable for people with cars. I like the new and big room.

was traveling through this area with friends and my friend did the hotel booking. It's an awful place. We had paid in advance and had a written confirmation with us. No one in the reception could speak English and through a written confirmation we had to sit over 1h in the reception before they could find it and gave us the key. The next was the room. It was dirty and very unpleasant. The only thing positive was that there were some ok Thai restaurants on the road leading up to the hotel.
