Happy wif the birthday surprise given by the staff. Great service, big villa n nice sea view. All staff are attentive n friendly. seafood restaurant food is very tasty wif nice sea view. Buggy is available to go around resort.

Always has to using buggy but buggy is not enough . So
I have to waiting long time
Also under bed never clean . A lot of dust …
If i go to town i take to car 50min~ an hour
Too far a way to town ..

Room was old and tired. There was a bad smell in the bathroom which we complained about and the staff came and installed aromatherapy and an air purifier. By aromatherapy, they meant burning essential oils which mask off the smell. The air purifier was a cheap water based kind that looks more like a humidifier.
We had DIY bbq dinner which was a great experience but expensive. We brought our own wine. Breakfast was alright but nothing special.
Having our own pool was great. Overall, it was underwhelming and we would not go again.

We rented a three-bedroom villa for my family for 2 days, really on the outside everything is very tidy, very clean, everyone who works is very nice, but my discontent is that the villas inside are really nice and unfortunately the pool pump is not working, it is very obviously that the pool water is very still.

Resort was close to nongsa ferry terminal. Lots of activities to do inside the resort. Room was clean and nice. Service was excellent. Good to be here if you want to chill and relax. Only downside is not near to any shopping mall.

We had a great time at Montigo. The services are top notch. They even arranged a surprise mini Birthday celebration for my wife..even though it's a last minute request...will be back again..

The resort has super friendly staff and had a very relaxing setting overall, 3 things stood out that had to be mentioned - firstly, the overpriced add-ons (like 1 hour of tennis costing 30 sgd, and pool table is 10-20 sgd per hour was really unexpected), secondly - too many of the "complimentary" amenities were unavailable and under maintanence such as foosball table / darts and the gym, thirdly - room had malfunctions like toilet socket was not working for the hair dryer, aircon-remote not working.
On point 1 - resort needs to call-out accurately what services are add-ons (tennis court was not called out as an add-on) so that consumers can be fairly informed when shopping for their stay,
On point 2 and 3 - having too many basic/complimentary things unavailable / not working at first touch (as mentioned in point 2 and 3) is just not great look for a 5-star calibre kind of resort.
