The staff at this resort were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Room was clean and Toilet. We got a connection room, so I hear people talking so loud. Breakfast was ok. Waffle was good. Actually if no raining, it will be relaxing place to hang around the beach. So we took taxi to go batam city for massage n shopping. One way 200K. Will come back again.

Hotel was great! Other than it's far from town, the rest of the services that the resort provided was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have daily live band and magic show except on Monday which were great and my family had a great time there!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the variety of activities available at the resort. Whether it was lounging by the pool, exploring the beach, or participating in the various recreational activities, there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Dining at the resort was a delight, with a range of delicious options to choose from. The food was always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight of our mornings. The staff deserves special mention for their friendliness and attentiveness. decently priced beach resort at nongsa, room was really clean and spacious. location was quite remote from batam central ferry terminal, so i recommend coming in from nongsa ferry terminal as they have a shuttle bus direct to the hotel. breakfast had a variety of options but was always crowded during the weekends, recommend to come early.

New rooms. Nothing around tge hotel within walking distance. But nice beach view rooms

Older resort that is far from the city centre about 45min drive - resort provides taxi service to city center from IDR 200k one way Food wise able to grab delivery or eat at Kelong Seafood down at the beach - but food is on the salty side Ammenties wise not much - only free to use would be the swimming pool and beach, water activities are chargeable ranging from IDR 200k to IDR 900k Overall good experience if there to chill and relax away from hustling city environment

Overall a great experience. Nice sea view from the room.

The staff provides good service. The breakfast selection is limited. The room is spacious with a sea view, but the bathroom's drainage system is not very effective, leaving a puddle of water after a shower.

The place is clean & tidy. With good cust service. Very friendly staff who are helpful. Location is far from other shopping areas. It is suitable if you are planning to do seasports, engage in hotel activities, order room service, massage, facial, manicure & pedicure!

Batam View Hotel is a hotel with many old facilities.

It’s a good place to stay for an affordable getaway. Staff at the reception were very nice and helpful, gave me a room with a beautiful seaview as requested. Sadly room had 2 single beds instead of a king sized bed but was able to combine them so it wasn’t that bad. The bathub/shower took very long to drain which was quite inconvenient. Toilets on the first floor were pretty dirty and smelly, frequent cleaning would be good. Didn’t really get to use much of the amenities as the resort was quite crowded and it kept raining. Would be great if they could provide shuttle bus to Batam centre, hotel taxi services were exorbitantly priced. Steve at the ferry terminal helped us get checked-in for our ferry smoothly and quickly, appreciated that service provided by Batam view as the lines with pretty long over the new year weekend. Would like to thank all the staff who worked over the long new year weekend.
