Take a ferry from Singapore Harbourfront to Batam Center International Ferry Terminal. Fortunately, the Eska Spa in the hotel is connected through whatsapp mode. You can take the free shuttle bus to the hotel. The journey takes less than half an hour. After checking in, you can have an oil massage first, and then Staff Sagita helped call a taxi and went to Love Seafood for dinner. There were many kinds of fresh seafood, but the two of them couldn't try too much, so they only ordered mini combos.
All in all, the hotel room is huge and the bed pillows are very firm, so you can have a good night's sleep. There is a roofbar on the rooftop, and the view faces a large green forest and countryside. The swimming pool is on the second floor with the same view, but it is open from 6am to 6pm. The hotel also has shuttle buses departing from three locations at scheduled times, and you can reserve the bus in advance at the front desk.
I was not very satisfied with the connecting room. The conversation of the quarantined foreigner on the second night was clearly audible. Fortunately, it stopped before bedtime. In addition, the Hainanese chicken rice ordered at the restaurant was meaty and the chicken fat flavored rice was not up to standard.

Very nice hotel. We used the gym facilities which was great.
Breakfast buffet was terrible though, would not recommend as there was no order. Tables were dirty and staff was not very attentive.
But other than that, everything else was great. Although, a little far from quite a bit of things.

The hotel is situated at a quiet place, though easily accessible by Grab as it is near the main road. The room was nice, modern and clean, with a clear view of the distant lake, although there was mold on the wall near the main door. I like that they provided a whole gallon of mineral water at our disposal so we need not have to request for more water. The hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere with no shops nearby. The bed was comfortable too. Staffs are hospitable and will attend to your requests as well as they can.
The food, however, was the biggest disappoin**ent. Our breakfast was at the club or executive lounge. There were very limited choices of food, and they were not tasty. Aircon was crazy cold. The next day we tried the breakfast at the main restaurant, also another disappoin**ent. Our booking included dinner and when we came down for the meal, they did not have the food so they offered us the buffet instead. We thought we had a better deal with the buffet. Unfortunately no, the buffet was cold because someone did not turn the warmer on (not kidding...after I told them about it then someone came and turned it on) and the selections were miserable. We went back to our room and ordered from Grab instead. Overall, for F&B the best thing about this hotel is the 1 gallon of mineral water we had in our room.
Honestly I will not come back here because overall I just didn't enjoy the property as a whole, although I did enjoy my stay in the room.
