Love the relatively out of city feel while still being quite accessible to city. The hotel has lots of space - that’s really a plus point. Room is comfortable and I’m glad to pick the room giving the reservoir and nature reserve. The only disappointment is the dinner at restaurant (as my dad was too tired to go out) is not quite the Peranakan tasting as it advertised.

Take a ferry from Singapore Harbourfront to Batam Center International Ferry Terminal. Fortunately, the Eska Spa in the hotel is connected through whatsapp mode. You can take the free shuttle bus to the hotel. The journey takes less than half an hour. After checking in, you can have an oil massage first, and then Staff Sagita helped call a taxi and went to Love Seafood for dinner. There were many kinds of fresh seafood, but the two of them couldn't try too much, so they only ordered mini combos.
All in all, the hotel room is huge and the bed pillows are very firm, so you can have a good night's sleep. There is a roofbar on the rooftop, and the view faces a large green forest and countryside. The swimming pool is on the second floor with the same view, but it is open from 6am to 6pm. The hotel also has shuttle buses departing from three locations at scheduled times, and you can reserve the bus in advance at the front desk.
I was not very satisfied with the connecting room. The conversation of the quarantined foreigner on the second night was clearly audible. Fortunately, it stopped before bedtime.
