Nice hotel if you want to have a quiet location and good view of the lake.

Water pressure not strong enough. The rest is good.

Very nice hotel. We used the gym facilities which was great. Breakfast buffet was terrible though, would not recommend as there was no order. Tables were dirty and staff was not very attentive. But other than that, everything else was great. Although, a little far from quite a bit of things.

Suitable for kids. Hotel’s massage was excellent with attentive staff. Posh and nice rooms with a smart TV.

The hotel is situated at a quiet place, though easily accessible by Grab as it is near the main road. The room was nice, modern and clean, with a clear view of the distant lake, although there was mold on the wall near the main door. I like that they provided a whole gallon of mineral water at our disposal so we need not have to request for more water. The hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere with no shops nearby. The bed was comfortable too. Staffs are hospitable and will attend to your requests as well as they can. The food, however, was the biggest disappoin**ent. Our breakfast was at the club or executive lounge. There were very limited choices of food, and they were not tasty. Aircon was crazy cold. The next day we tried the breakfast at the main restaurant, also another disappoin**ent. Our booking included dinner and when we came down for the meal, they did not have the food so they offered us the buffet instead. We thought we had a better deal with the buffet. Unfortunately no, the buffet was cold because someone did not turn the warmer on (not kidding...after I told them about it then someone came and turned it on) and the selections were miserable. We went back to our room and ordered from Grab instead. Overall, for F&B the best thing about this hotel is the 1 gallon of mineral water we had in our room. Honestly I will not come back here because overall I just didn't enjoy the property as a whole, although I did enjoy my stay in the room.

Stay was nice. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Had fun at the nearby Panbil Eco Edu Park at the Panbil Nature Reserve. Also enjoyed the La Belle rooftop bar with live band performance.

Hotel and room was good and spacious, quite clean as well but few patches of stains on the sheets. Reception service was good and prompt in replying to my queries. ----------------------------------------- Bellboy did not assist with luggages as well but just smiled and opened the door for us. Most issues arises from the food service - 1. Given welcome drinks to be taken from the lounge but no one is tending to the lounge where the reception had to make calls a few times. ＞ Only took the welcome drinks the next day and we waited half an hour for cups of hot coffee & tea. 2. Dinner; for a 5 star hotel, there was no proper organization. There was no food and no one bothered refilling, i had to ask one of the waiter for them to refill it. Food was not up to standard, the soy sauce chicken was very very salty and the duck had a very strong weird smell and taste. ＞ All dishes had meat, so if you're vegetarian, it's not for you (no complaints on this but just a heads up). 3. Breakfast was ok but same, no proper organization. 1 person cooking sunny side up and another cooking omelet side by side, caused a very very very long queue as most preferred the omelet. Hence, this caused an issue to those trying to take the food from the buffet tray as the queue was blocking it. Other hotels that we've been to have 2 stations to break the long queue. 4. Clearing of the tables were quite slow. Many tables were empty but uncleared. For a 5-star hotel, i think this is the only hotel that does not have proper organization for the food services. Hotel team will need to look into this and see how they can improve. Will not be looking to come back to this hotel anymore.
