I almost forgot to give you a bad review! We arrived at the hotel, and while checking in, we stood waiting behind someone, still hoping for the “welcome drink” and “cold towel” mentioned in the service description. But there was nothing. The confirmation email stated the deposit was less than 200 RMB, but they charged us 300 RMB. The front desk staff was cold and indifferent the whole time. They didn't tell us where breakfast was, and we had to walk a long way to ask later. The room itself was pretty good, with a great sea view and a huge bathroom. However, when we pulled back the covers, there was a very obvious dead mosquito and lipstick stains on the sheets. The bath towels had long hairs on them, and the bathroom doorknob was covered in ants. Later, when I took a shower, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were all nearly empty – clearly, they hadn't been refilled after the previous guest. Laundry charges weren't clear. The guy who came to collect our clothes told us the price list was in the room, but we couldn't find it anywhere, not in our booking confirmation either. In the end, they charged us 130 RMB for 8 items, all just vests and light jackets. The hotel's overall environment is nice; I believe it was once a grand hotel. But now, the details are lacking, facilities are seriously aging, and there are major hygiene issues! I later contacted the platform's customer service, and they said the hotel had no solution, not even bothering to send me an email. Yesterday, I finally received an email, but it was a reply to an email I sent several days ago during check-in. Impressive efficiency!
