The Hotel is what you would expect from Oakwood Suites five-star plus quality at affordable prices. Quick and easy pre-booking. Nice friendly greeting upon arrival. The hotel is well situated for public transport and getting around the city, with good parking and attentive security, and friendly staff members. The rooms are well-organized and comfortable with all the mod cons. I especially like the Nespresso coffee unit. Good Food & Beverage offerings especially the breakfast in their welcoming restaurant and bar a great way to start the day. It even has a handy co-working space for when you are on the go. Nice swimming pool, gym, and kids’ room. Not forgetting the rooftop bar with outstanding views of the city. I highly recommend the Oakwood Suites Tiwanon as your second home away from home. The service and management system is very bad. Problems I encountered - We upgraded the room. Pay extra + breakfast included. The staff forgot to update the information. This causes problems when going in to eat breakfast. - The front staff didn't clearly inform the details. Asked where they had breakfast. They said they ate in another building, but didn't say that the other building was on the 11th floor, causing confusion. - After finishing breakfast There is a problem when entering the keycard room. Can't enter the room It's a shame that the hotel is old. But maintains cleanliness well The location is good. Beautiful view next to the river But when I see a service like this, I ask for a bye.

Service with politeness The room booking with the accommodation did not match. In the booking system, it was 1 king size bed and 1 single bed, but at the hotel it was two single beds put together and a sofa, so the hotel offered a bunk bed. Two beds to solve the problem But the bed is not very sturdy, easy to shake and move a little. The rocking bed makes it difficult for people to sleep in both the top and bottom beds. The good points are that the air conditioner is cool, the water is warm, and the bathroom is big. The door must be closed with force, causing a loud noise, probably in every room on the 5th floor. Because the room doesn't keep sound, you can hear other rooms closing the door very loudly.
