After an accident in the mountains, we got stranded in Bastia. The hotel turned out to be a perfect place to stay. Super friendly staff who were always trying to help however they could. The rooms are spacious and there were even racks to get up from the toilet. The hotel provided a wheelchair for the person who had broken her ankle in the mountains. Everything was superclean (much cleaner than in the hospital) and the food was delicious. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a better hotel than this.

L’accueil hyper bien la chambre rien à dire tout étais níquel le seule problème c’était la Clim elle marche pas et la chambre était hyper chaude mais c’est pas grave sinon tout était parfait ont n’a passé un agréable week-ends Une Bonne journée

L'hôtel est beau, propre et agréable. Le service est excellent ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit-dej et la piscine. Nous y sommes restés plusieurs fois et c'était toujours un séjour parfait. Nous recommandons à nos proches et y retournerons sûrement très bientôt.

Cet hôtel est top génial, proche plage et commerces avec ligne de bus à 2 pas qui vous permet de rejoindre le vieux port en 25 minutes. Le service est très pro et super aimable. La salle de sport, la très grande piscine couverte avec son jacuzzi et les soins spa permettent d'agrémenter le séjour. Le jardin et ses transats sont agréables. L'ambiance est conviviale et le restaurant offre une jolie carte. Je recommande absolument !

This hotel has a lot of problems. First, it is DANGEROUS. The doors from the bedroom floors to the lift opens the wrong way (hinges on the wrong side), so when you open the door to go to he lift you almost fall down the stairs. There is no banister on either side of the staircase down to the pool. The only way of entering the pool is doown vertical steps into the DEEP end...totally unsafe fir children, disabled or old people. Second, the pool has no towels (in a 4 star hotel??!!), and when you use your room towel then ask for a replacement, they try to charge you €4. I refused. Third, the lady who showed us round the gym, spa and pool was constantly VAPING!! Amazing! Fourth, the menu clearly stated that the 'deal' for dinner was Monday to Friday. We were there on a Friday, and they tried to pretend the deal wasn't available then. We refused that, too. Fifth, we forgot to pack 2 T-shirts. The receptionist kindly got in touch to tell us this and to ask us if we wanted them to be posted to our home.. I said yes and gave our address...the postage to the UK would have been €10. Suddenly, I got an email from LHost saying they could post them to us for €33.Amazing, again!! I will happily visit Corsica and Bastia again, but I would never use this hotel again.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per il servizio spa/massaggi e per la presenza del ristorante all’interno perché avendo un neonato nn volevamo spostarci fuori per la sera: massaggi top e ristorante molto buono. Ci hanno fornito una culla gratis, letto comodo, bagno spazioso, tutto pulito.
