Caribbean Noosa

Great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood facing a canal. We stayed in a waterfront apartment and it was amazing to sit outside. The apartment had a stylish and cozy atmosphere and decor and we really enjoyed it. Had everything we needed. Clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Perfect location .Quiet area Away from the hustle and bustle and yet only a 5 min walk to Hastings Street . Lovely swimming pool and bbq area. The lady who was managing the properties went over and beyond to provide us with an exceptional customer service . She was very helpful and knowledgeable . The property itself had everything you could need for a perfect stay . Look no further if you are looking to stay at Noosa Heads . Carribean Noosa has it all

This aparthotel is just superb. Brilliant location away from the main area but only a short walk. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Great swimming pool and easy parking. We really enjoyed our stay and it’s clear this place is very well run. Definitely recommend.

Great location and good facilities

Great for couples. Excellent location and beautiful pool and surrounds. We loved our stay here.

We arrived at 5.30pm and retrieved the room key from the key safe as the receptionist finishes at 5.00pm. Easy key access so no problems. We stayed 7 nights and there were a few issues. Housekeeping leaves fresh towels in a plastic tub outside the door each morning after 10am. On 3 occasions I had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. A complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soap is there on arrival but this does not get replenished during the stay. We were not offered fresh sheets at all. The pictures show a stove top in the kitchen but our room had an electric plug in hot plate only. The apartment had 3 dead pot plants which could use some attention. The cleaning was average with marks on microwave, the loungeroom mirror had marks on it. The bathroom could use a good scrub. The lounge cushions were a little old and could use a wash or updating. Just a little attention to detail which was lacking. On 1 occasion there were no clean towels left for us so I went to see the receptionist at 2pm to request some along with toilet paper and Jenny walked me to the laundry and replied "I haven't got around to it yet". Not at all rude, just laid back which I guess is the Noosa lifestyle. The location is great and the river view was beautiful. I would not recommend this for older couples or those who like a late night wine as the stairs up to the loft can be challenging. With a little extra attention to detail and services like fresh sheets and toiletries this would be a great little find. However I would recommend doing a little more research as the photos, as with any website are a little photoshopped, and this place is a little outdated.
