This place was a great location for us. Walking distance to Hastings street but far enough out that you felt like you were on a holiday. The pool was a big hit with our little one, and it was easy to access outside the apartment. Really spacious and clean inside we felt instantly at home. Patrick was amazing in helping us check in early and check out late so we really made the most out of our holiday! Would highly recommend and we will be back.

Thank you so much Patrick for a wonderful stay in one of your apartments! We had number 5, which was huge and had all the facilities we needed! The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and warm. We really enjoyed the short walk into town each evening too and it was so kind of you to share lots of tips about what to see and do and where to eat in Noosa.

Best location just off Hastings Street. With a flat 500m walk to Hastings Street and the beach this location is excellent, without the Hastings Street premium. The Hampton style design of Apt 1 is fresh and very upmarket. I’ve lost count at how many times we’ve stayed here and we will continue to come back when visiting Noosa. The managers are always helpful and nothing is too much problem. Just book into the restaurants early to avoid disappointment.

We have stayed in ground floor 3 bed apartment no. 3 quite a few times for stays of 2 weeks (plus). It is not fully renovated but for our family of 6 it is perfect! TV's in all the bedrooms, bar fridge, dishwasher (a must) and a huge outside area that is perfect for eating outside and storing all those kid things and beach things: surfboards, skateboards, cabanas etc etc. As is evident from the other reviews Patrick and Julie are the best hosts in Noosa. If your after a family friendly apartment in the heart of Noosa this is THE ONE!

Unit 3. Very disappointing- beds need replacing. Was tidy on arrival but not clean. Dust on window ledges and small cockroaches sighted twice in our 2 night stay. Vacuum was overful and had no suction. Security screen door in bedroom 2 was broken and wouldn’t move from quarter open position. Fan was noisy so it was a hot night as we couldn’t even open the door outside due to the security screen. Laundry internal room and fan was noisy and struggling. No broom to be found. Very tired unit.

Great location, and excellent and obliging hosts. Very noisy road though with constant traffic day and night and would suggest requesting an apartment with bedrooms away from the road. Lovely sunny balconies perfect for relaxing with that evening wine.

Great stay - for a quick weekend before the Christmas craziness begins. Patrick and Julie are the perfect hosts, welcomed on arrival and felt at home and relaxed immediately and all weekend. Facilities and apartment were spacious and well maintained. Location is great! Not too close to the busy bustle of hasting street and the beach, however just a short walk away. We really enjoyed it! We have booked and will be back for a longer stay next time! Thank you for your hospitality 🤩
