Mooi hotel, straalt luxe uit maar is ook erg zakelijk bij binnenkomst. Wij verbleven in de Flamingo Suite, grote kamer met bubbelbad en leuk uitzicht op het zuiden. Bubbelbad ligt niet erg lekker, dat is wel erg jammer voor zo'n dure kamer. Douche is erg ruim opgezet met 2 aparte koppen, en de sauna deed het ook prima. Bed lekker groot en goede matras. Al met al leuke kamer. Ontbijt was fantastisch, heel veel keuze en goede kwaliteit. Alleen al voor het ontbijt komen we graag nog eens terug.

Excellent new find for us in the wonderful Valk chain of hotels !! Decor in the reception is like the best of a Middle Eastern hotel with huge space, tastefully furnished and very welcoming. Room was generously sized even for the well known large rooms at Valk hotels and the bathroom came with jacuzzi bath and double sized shower cubicle. Mattress and pillows gave a very good sleep after a long drive!! Excellent restaurant with good value dinner of 3xsole portions and perfectly cooked Guinea fowl !! We stayed at two other Valk hotels on our 9 night short break and as usual we are never disappointed with the experience in the rooms, in the restaurants and the always friendly and helpful staff!! Keep it up Valk we love you!! ✅👍

sinds jaren weer eens dit hotel bezocht omdat we graag het zwembad wilde uitproberen. we zijn een aantal jaar niet geweest omdat we prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding gewoon slecht vonden. we hadden een mooie kamer met alles erop en eraan ook het diner en ontbijt waren super goed. de prijs is nog wel aan de hoge kant maar vonden het complete arrangement wel het geld waard. jammer dat er nog steeds wat foutjes worden gemaakt en ik zou er zelf niet voor kiezen om alles aan de hotel kant te automatiseren maar dat is een keuze.

Fantastisch even er tussenuit. Top ambiente in Kerstsfeer. Vriendelijke ontvangst, een mooie ruime kamer op de 5de verdieping. Spic en span schoon en voldoende koffie en thee aanwezig. Niet afgepast, dus voor koffieverslaafden was er nog een 2de kop. Dinerarrangement geboekt, Ook het restaurant in Kerstsfeer. Over de bediening kan ik alleen maar zeggen top mensen die weten wat hospitality en service is. Het diner was ook geslaagd. En over het toetje met sinaasappelijs... zo lekker heb ik sinaasappelijs nog niet eerder geproefd. Gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, de diverse sauna's. Minpuntje? eigenlijk niet maar wel persoonlijk, voor mij mag heet zwembadwater toch iets warmer, maar nogmaals dat is persoonlijk. Kortom een heerlijke break in deze drukke tijd. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Omdat ik zelf ervaring en gewerkt heb in de toeristenbranche, kan ik goed oordelen over de service en de hospitality ondervonden. Voor ons was dit top van aankomst tot vertrek.
