Super Frühstück, super Service, perfekt für eine gemütliche Nacht vor dem Flug. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet, ordentlich und sehr gepflegt. Kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel is amazing!!! Staff are very friendly and professional, room was very clean with an amazing view of the Hamburg Airport runway. Restaurant was very busy, the beef burger was very good. Went up to the Sky Bar located on the 9th floor. Amazing menu with a choice of everything.

Beim Checkin wurde uns vom Hotel-Mitarbeitenden gesagt, dass die Kosten für das Zimmer bereits von ******* ausgeglichen worden sind. Das hat uns verwundert, aber wir haben dann nur das Parken gleich bezahlt. Am Morgen darauf (4 Uhr) checken wir dann aus, waren bereits am Fahzeug und wurden dann von einem anderen Mitarbeitenden wieder reingerufen, da wir noch die Übernachtung zu zahlen hätten. Das war doppelt ärgerlich, da wir zu einem in Eile zum Flughafen waren und zum anderen, da es in Strömen regnete und ich 2x durch den Regen laufen musste -ohne Regenschirm- und so nass wurde. Hätte uns der Mitarbeiter beim Checkin gleich auch die Übernachtung zahlen lassen, wäre uns dieser Ärger erspart geblieben.
