Das Hotel ist sehr dreckig. Es wurde nicht richtig geputzt, an der Toulettenschüssel befand sich eingetrocknetes Blut und der Teppich war voller Flecken. Im ganzen Hotel war ein strenger Geruch. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und trotz Verspätung war der Check In problemlos. Die Anbindung ist durch Bus und Akn sehr gut, weshalb die Anreise ohne Auto sehr unkompliziert war.

Nicht nur das Zimmer sondern auch die Flure sind unsauber. Die Teppichränder sind grau vor Staub. Im Zimmer Farbspritzer auf Receiver, Fernseher, Fernbedienungen, Möbeln und Teppich. Jalousien am Dachfenster hängen teilweise runter und lassen sich nicht bedienen. Nie wieder!!!

Heruntergekommene Absteige mit versifftem Teppichboden, ungeputzten Zimmern, verstopften Abflüssen, klebrigen Türklinken, verdrecktem Mobiliar und ohne Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wer hier etwa von seiner Firma untergebracht wird, kann einem nur Leid tun. Aber die Masche funktioniert anscheinend, nur wie lange noch? Wir haben es beim Gestank nach kaltem Rauch und Siff nur wenige Minuten ausgehalten, ganz schnell woanders eingecheckt. Wir werden diesen schrecklichen Ort leider nicht so schnell wieder vergessen.

We came after hotel check-in was closed and had to call four different phone numbers until someone told us the box and code to get our key. So, once we got hold of the correct person it was super easy and the room was in good condition and we enjoyed our stay.

For an on road stop or hotel for shuttling into Hamburg very practical and close to motorway, ALDI including parking lot. Cheap big family room and reasonable breakfast at reasonable price. Cleaning of room left something to desire. But at the end of the day practical and good price for family room
