Nordlingen Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel is formal, big and new. The location is in the old town. It is convenient for walking and sightseeing. Generally speaking, it is very good. You have to go to the nearby street to enter the basement for parking, and the price is good.

This hotel is small (quaint) and near the train museum, perfect for us as we are train fans. It is close to the main area of town, they accept pets, the staff was friendly and the room was just fine! They EVEN had an oscillating FAN!!!!! In the ROOM !!!!!! They speak English and recommended the restaurant next door for dinner. Which didn’t disappoint! The room was comfortable with a television large enough to see. I found the bed comfortable and they had RECTANGULAR PILLOWS!!!!! There is a lift on the property and the breakfast was really on point… eggs, sausage, meats of all sorts, lovely cheeses, breads, fruits and normal breakfast beverage choices. It was free parking, wifi, and our breakfast was included….. 10,00€ for our small dog was worth every penny…. Less than 100,00€! We WILL recommend this place highly to anyone.

We recently stayed 2 nights at The 2nd Home Hotel and really enjoyed it. It’s positioned in a rather unusual location on the same site as a garden centre just outside Nördlingen but infact it’s just a short 5 minute stroll into the old town and therefore works perfectly - especially as they offer ample free parking. The rooms were large and comfortable. A modern, minamalist design but with a nice bathroom and shower. Our only complaint was the lack of AC - surprising given that otherwise it had a rather modern feel. They provided a fan but it’s never the same is it. We loved the idea of a free beer if you chose not to have your room cleaned. We didn’t need it for one night so chose to accept the vouchers and thoroughly enjoyed the beer in our room before we went out!

There was a little bit of a problem when I first arrived, waited at the reception for a while, but the staff were very helpful and there was a big supermarket next door, which was great

Lovely little hotel right outside the town walls with comfortable (but un-airconditioned) rooms, ample parking, children play area, and rabbits(!!). We didn't note that they shut down reception and lock all the doors early, but the host was waiting for us in the parking lot as we arrived. Kind of spooky to be in a deserted hotel with no access to lobby, but next morning platoons of staff were busily at work, and the kindly breakfast lady even gave me a bountiful tray for my poor jetlagged family. And our wing of the hotel does indeed have a large modern glass elevator. They sadly lose a star for no Klimaanlage. My daughter loved Noerdlingen so much she wanted to move here, and we'd eagerly come back to this quiet friendly hotel.
