Access via gravel road on the way to Dettifoss east side. Newly renovated with the units next door still under construction, shared kitchen lacks an oven.

The guesthouse is located on a gravel road and consists of several small houses with clean, well-furnished rooms. We lacked nothing.
The only drawback: the soundproofing is very poor. You can hear conversations, snoring, and early morning wake-up calls almost as if you were there.
Overall, a solid stay – much more pleasant with earplugs.

The place is beautiful, but the soundproofing in the rooms themselves is very strong, you can hear every rustle of your neighbors, the toilet does not close and you can also hear everything.

Really comfy newly renovated rooms! The heated bathroom floor was a welcome surprise! Nice common area with a kitchen to cook. Would stay here again!

The guesthouse was quite a way off the main road on a very bumpy road. This made getting there more difficult, but the location was ideal for seeing the northern lights and to get to the east entrance to Dettifoss. Our room was nice, modern, and very clean. The main issue we had was that it was confusing where to go to check in. The reception is several miles from the guesthouse, but there are no directions given in the Check-in instructions. It was frustrating to have to drive back and forth for miles on the very bumpy road. It is a very nice spot, just be sure to know how to get to the reception to check in.

Beautiful property, lots of space, loved the gorgeous view. The room was warm and cozy, very quiet and comfortable, and it was easy to check in and out. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property and accomodations. We had room 24. New, large room, clean and all the amenities we needed. There was a kitchen and eating area where we could warm up some dinnner. We stayed here on our way back from visiting the east side of Dettifoss falls which worked out great. We would highly recommend.
