Love it very much just to loud outside in mid morning

Check in went smooth Friday evening when we arrived. All friday evening above us I sounded like someone was rearranging furniture/scratching at the floor all night. My husband told me let’s just try and get some rest so we did. Saturday afternoon the noise started again. We could no take the noise we we left for the day. When we returned the noise was still going. So at 10pm I call the front desk and I belie we spoke to a Mike. I explained what was going on and he told me he would call and ask them to stop. Well it didn’t at this time I was getting mad so at 10:30 I called the desk again (mind you the phone in my room did not work, there was no plug to it) so I had to use my personal phone. Mike told me he called the people above is. Well I told him it sounds like dogs running around playing with the zoomies. He told me he would reach out to them again. Well let’s just say the noise kept up all night. We tried our best to sleep. When we checked out in the am on Sunday I complained to the two young ladies at the desk they apologized and were looking into if the ppl above us had dogs. We do not plan to stay here again. The ph did not work, we found two dead roaches on the floor and the noise was u acceptable

Booked non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. Room had a stuffiness odor to it. Bed was comfortable.

I'd give you a five-star if it wasn't for the **** stinking smell throughout the building and into the rooms. I had to keep the noisy bathroom fan with it's light on all night to limit the the **** smell in my room.

The location was convenient but the building look door were jammed and the carpets dirty .

I had an early morning surgery at Sentara hospital, this was the closest hotel. Rather than make a long, very early drive we decided to come the previous evening. It was convenient, but was not a good choice. Someone in the room above was pacing all night long and the floor sounded like a drum. We may have gotten an hours sleep.

Saw bugs. The shower wasn’t draining and the toilet didn’t flush.

The room was nice but it smelled when I got to my room and the floors were not cleaned very well

Room had a horrible odor and was filthy and full of fleas. Staff was very friendly but building was poorly maintained.

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever been in. Everything was dirty, stained beds, bugs, food still left in the refrigerator. Hallway carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in days.

The staff was amazingly friendly, but we had a very dirty mattress in our room. The front desk lady gave us extra sheets and refunded half of our costs for the inconvenience.

Overall , the place is clean and friendly staff. Key who works the overnight shift is aweson.I did not like the area. The hotel did not have cameras outdoors and someone was lingering near my car taking pictures.

This hotel was really nice, the staff very friendly and helpful. Key entry is a nice safety feature. Room and common areas were clean, modern and attractive. Great place, would stay here again.

I’ve never been to a hotel that counts how many towels and wash clothes they give you, and in order to get more you have to give back exactly the number they gave you.. just weird..
