Great place just had a problem with the pool working on the pool the whole time me and my fiancé was there

This is the worst hotel with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I never write reviews so be sure it was horrible if I am bothering. We stayed here on sports travel trip. On Saturday night 4/27, they had a birthday party in the downstairs conference room which happened to be directly below my room. When we checked in on Friday there was no communication that this would be a concern. When we returned the back door was blacked by there bar and the rap music had started. It was so loud in my room. The first time I called down I was very patient and merely asked when it was scheduled to end(this was 920pm). I was told 10pm and Othie who I spoke to said her was “I’m unaware it was happening and sorry.” When I called back at 1010pm to see when it was ending Ottie once again answered and was annoyed with me now. This time he stated it was ending at 11pm and he had been mistaken.” I asked what we could do because we had a 539am wake up in the am. Ottie curtly and rudely responded “they paid for the party and there is nothing I could do and that he was mistaken earlier and the party is going until 11pm.” No resolution at all. I asked to speak to the manager in duty to which he said “That me.” I asked how he had no clue of the time it was ending when he was the manager. He then becane even more rude. I asked him for any help with this even to be compensated for the night. He said no he can’t do that and I can speak with another manager tomorrow. I asked for a manager to call me the next day. I again on my way out the next day conveyed my concerns as no one had called me. The manager still wasn’t in at 7am. I asked again for them to call me. I have still not received a call from anyone. I have video of how loud the music was. We downloaded two sound matching apps to try to drown out the sound. That didn’t even help putting it right by our ears it was so loud. The party and music went on u til 1110pm! I can imagine if it were me playing that loud music that I would have been kicked out! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

From the moment I checked in to the morning I departed my stay was above expectations. The staff were very professional and pleasant.

We thought our room was very spacious … the decor was nice and the pillows were super comfortable! We’d definitely stay here again!

The whole place was dirty, you could see stains on every surface. Shower heads were loose, I had to tighten them, water pressure was so high that it hurt to take shower. Breakfast was disgusting. Same dirtiness in breakfast area, eggs and turkey patties were well overcooked. Omelette kiosk closed before its closing time. I will never stay here again.

The hotel was well kept and very quiet. It would be my first choice if I am ever back in the area.
