Really liked the hotel. Good location. Staff was friendly. I would recommend it. That said, they need to work on their housekeeping. We were there for 5 nights. We were supposed to have housekeeping every other day. We only received it on the second day. And, on that day, housekeeping took our towels but did not leave any. Despite the one housekeeping visit, they never emptied the trash.

Miss Dee Dee was the highlight of our visit. She was quite friendly and checked on us at breakfast to make sure we had everything we needed. We were attending the funeral of my uncle and she helped support us with her very kind words. Thank you so much, Miss Dee Dee!

No soap in the room. Front desk said they'd send some up. Never arrived. I go out for 3 hours and on my way in, i visit the front desk. Here's how that conversation went:
Hi, i called earlier about how there was no soap in my room.
Female employee looks thru a drawer and says they don't have any.
A male employee said the housekeeping manager has the key and maybe she didn't order more.
Me: so is that the deal? There's just no soap?
Male: yeah that's the deal.
No resolution offered. Barely apologetic - as if it's cool for an 8 story hotel to not have a single bar of soap available for guests.
I'll never stay here again.

This is a very clean facility located in downtown Norfolk. Close to restaurants and area attractions. The staff are always helpful and courteous. Breakfast served daily offers many options. The rooms all have full refrigerators and cooktops which makes it easy to store or prepare meals.

Very comfortable, went for work. Was so great to have a lot of space and a kitchen with a microwave. Also very well located. The gym is tiny but there is an indoor pool with a hot tub, great to soak after a long day of travel. I would definitely stay there again on my next work trip.

Breakfast was above average. My wife and I enjoyed the feel of the mattress. The front desk staff was friendly. The location was 5 minutes away from the conference that I was attending. I would stay here again. The only thing I didn't love was the parking on the nearby parking deck, which was $18 per day

Clean, nice location. Spacious Very friendly and helpful staff. Staff will go out of their way to help you. Very nice. Definitely, will stay again. Comfortable beds, clean linens. Clean kitchen. Nice pillows. Saw some people wit pets. Good breakfast.
