The sink in the bathroom drain was clogged. Someone should inspect these things after each rental.

Clean hotel, food was ok but definitely all major attractions are within walking distance. Parking is a bit of a mess but you can valet. The staff is extremely friendly and professional I would highly recommend you staying. One flaw our shower didn’t have a curtain so used up a lot of towels keeping the floor dry

Great easy comfortable hotel! We had a window into the bayside and amazing views. Everything was well appointed and comfortable from the bed to sheets and towels. Nice pool! We didn’t eat at the restaurants so can’t comment. Valet was easy and not expensive! I highly recommend this Marriott

We stayed overnight after attended a work event. It started off really with the front staff and the valet. Vegas (#221449?) Was particularly helpful in setting us up to make the experience of parking and retrieving our car carefree. The room was modern and comfortable with a great view of the city. The kitchen staff for the banquet hall killed it. Some of the best food I have had in a long while. We finished up the stay with breakfast at the in-hotel restaurant. I would happily stay here again.

We were back at the Norfolk Norfolk Waterside Marriott for a graduate group weekend. They took care of us as always! Caroline at the front desk is the best. She always looks out and make sure that every aspect of our stay is just perfect. We can’t wait to be back next year. Phil Hines

Hotel was clean, quiet, and pleasant. It’s in a convenient part of town, central to everything else. Caroline at the front desk was incredibly sweet, helpful, and made our stay much more enjoyable. Will definitely come back next time we’re in town.

Caroline and Fannie at the front desk, Walter James, and Alex at the valet and info desk were amazingly friendly and helpful! Pool was clean and refreshing! Room was spacey and had great views of the river and loved having Waterside just across the street!

Excellent location in downtown Norfolk with easy access to restaurants, entertainment and interstate highway.
Only negative was having to pay for exit from parking garage. Not expensive, but just a little bit of a hassle.
