Great stay in Downtown Norfolk! Rooms were clean and cozy, bathroom had everything we needed (appliances and bit dated but still good). staff very friendly and helpful, very good valet staff as well. We would definitely consider to stay here again.

The service was friendly, professional and quick from the staff at the front desk, valet and food service. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was central to the area sites and restaurants. The staff was happy to accommodate any request! I would definitely stay here again when back in town for business meetings.

I really enjoy my stay at courtyard downtown Norfolk, from the valley parking to the management everyone was so kind and helpful I will definitely stay there again. There is also restaurants in a walkable distance and waterside district is great at night

Excellent valet service from Dom, Jermaine and the entire team. Hotel is conveniently located in the downtown Norfolk area convenient to restaurants and views. I would recommend this stay as an alternative to the higher end hotels when those are sold out.

From the beginning The valet service is awesome and Jermaine is great!!! Excellent service from all of the staff! Very smooth registration! Greeted with bright smiles and pleasant attitudes.makes this experience here very worthwhile. Will recommend to colleagues
