All staff and personnel were extremely helpful, professional, courteous and very kind - What a team!! My room was clean and comfortable, hot shower. I will be staying there again very soon. The hotel is very conveniently located as I walked to the Sentara Hospital everyday.

Check was easy only issue is that there was empty tampon paper under the ottoman when I moved it to open the sofa-bed for my daughter. They lady that checked me in was super nice. I received to market items free at check in which was a plus. I would stay again.

From the initial warm welcome from Kay upon arrival that set and maintained the tone for our visit to the parking attendant’s cheery goodbye, we enjoyed our stay here very much! Clean, safe, spacious! All of the staff evidenced pride at representing the Bonvoy brand!

New Comforter is needed because that one was worn, yellowish with a stain. Just don't throw those newer cover pieces over the comforter change them out. This is the first time I have stayed at a Marriott and experienced an old, dinghy comforter. Everything else was clean. The gentleman who was working the Bistro area was nice as well as the rest of the staff.

The staff were great and the room was clean but the decor and furniture needs to be updated. I expected better for the price I paid. The shower curtain didn’t extend across the tub area and water was all over the floor floor after each shower. This caused the door hinges to rust. The vent in the shower was full of thick black dust. The TV didn’t work properly, couldn’t change the channel. There was a stain on the foot stool, the color had rubbed off of some of the dresser and desk and the one of the doors on the dresser didn’t close. Plus the room had a weird smell.

The room was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very convenient to the event I was attending. I will definitely stay again.

Great experience, well kept and the staff was amazing.
The only thing I did not like was the height of the toilet (too low). Other than that my stay was very good.
