The staff were friendly upon checking in and out. The room and bathroom were very clean. However, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The shower pressure was nonexistent.

Excellent Customer Service since my arrival. Hotel was super clean. Chisthmas Decorations were beautiful. Space in my room as well the usb connections were perfect. I definetely will come back to double tree. Thank you for being amazing.

Drezy and Mari at the front desk were great! They were extremely helpful and very courteous. Both made a great impression, and represented the facility in a very positive manner. 5 out of 5.
