The room was nice and the staff were nice to talk to when it was a problem

Place was great but the whole building smelled of smokers that was in the room

The smell of the cleaner was a little overwhelming when I first entered the room, but everything was wonderful after the air started moving through the AC

Breakfast is great, the staff was the best part of the experience. ORF is very close, very good value.

Property is close to the airport. My room was nice and clean.

Checked in 4/15/- 4/17/2024 This is a terrible place to stay at, first front desk was very rude from the start. After driving for hours all we wanted to do was get into the room shower and go to bed. The towels and wash cloths had stains on them. The pillow covers was full of blood, blood on the ceiling, blood on the blankets and the sheets we didn’t notice the blood til the next morning, roaches was everywhere I have a 12 year old who’s asthmatic and had an asthma attack while there. We told the front desk she said there was no managers on but that they would be in, in the morning d that it would be taken care of. 4/16/24 we left for an family wedding at the time of leaving we told housekeeping that they could go in now and that we needed clean towels, they responded with a yes. After complaining to the front desk about the many many roaches when we walked outside we saw the or-kin truck oh wow what a coincidence. I needed up speaking to the Assistant Manager name Larry modest jr. He/she informed me he/she would get back to me within 15 to 20 mins well 2 in a half hours went by I called them back no answer I called again the same thing. I blocked my number out and they picked up but I was told all managers had left. I asked for corporate number she would y give it to me I then told her I was really trying to resolve this by not bringing my lawyer into it. And then I was giving a number but come to find out it was corporate it was customer service. I was able to make a complaint and was told I’ll get a call in a few days . Well my lawyer is now ready to sue. I took any the bedding and put them outside the room on the floor

Our stay at the hotel was pretty great until they decided to Jack the price up to a $198 a day.
