The staff was nice but hotel was not in good shape. We were coming to this city to see our daughter’s school function. Then the tropical storm hit, and the event was cancelled. I tried to cancel 48 hours in advance but they did not allow. I even asked if we could just get a rain check and use it when the event was ti be rescheduled 4 weeks later. They said no.
Like I said though, the staff was very nice.

Door to hotel did not lock. We asked over 5 times for assistance with this, and no mitigation. We were asked to CHANGE THE BEDSHEETS in the room. The old sheets were put in a BALL and thrown onto the floor. New towels were given after we had to ask, and the old ones were not taken OUT of the room. If I could give NO stars, trust me I would. This was ATROCIOUS and I will be posting videos, and all photos, as well as asking for a full refund. Awful place.

Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and looked nice. However we had trouble with hot water not always working in the bathroom sink and shower. Had to run the water for over 5 minutes to get some warm water and sometimes it didn't get warm. Also received a note from the housekeeping staff that they ran out of linen and couldn't change our sheets until the next day.

I worked in hotels for several years and can honestly say that my stay at this hotel gave me comfort of a clean and welcoming environment. This place is disgusting. EXTREMELY rude front desk staff, garbage and debris littered rooms, cockroaches, broken appliances, etc. You name it, this hotel suffers from it. The “hotel” has seen many of its rooms converted to a quasi dormitory (probably the only way to keep the lights on) and subsequently suffers from non-stop noise and heavy hallway traffic.

Do not recommend! I had two connecting rooms. Both rooms were disgusting. The sheets on all the beds were not changed. The towels were dirty. The shower in one of the bathrooms was broken and the knob turned 360° so there was no way to control the temperature, the hotel is disgusting

Horrible! We only got 1 set of washcloths the whole stay. We were here 4 days! I ask for washcloths 8 times and was always told they were going to bring them up. Never received them. Then a security guard brought us hand towels to shower with because the house keepers didn't wash the linens!!! So disappointed. The location was great but the cleanliness was awful! If you want too stay dirty the whole time your here this is your place!

My stay was just ok. Nothing here that would make me book here again. Old smelling carpet and the hotel restaurant was dreary.
