It was such a beautiful place, the a**osphere was serene and cozy. It’s easy to locate on a map and love the services they rendered to me. The reception was second to none. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I didn't like the fact that during the time I was there. I had no phone room service. The phone didn't work? The toilet wasn't functional. It took 2 plumbers to get it correct and far. Is the breakfast that time in the morning? That area shouldn't have been dirty like it was. The bagels were hard the food and the hot trays were not hot at all

Everything was good, as far as cleanliness and it was quiet. My biggest concern is that my card was charged twice for the $100.00 fee. I asked about it, and the young lady at the desk assured me that when I checked out, everything would be good. I will be checking out shortly, so we’ll see. Also, when I checked in, I wasn’t told anything about breakfast, the time, nothing. I do believe that people have forgotten the meaning of customer service.

Shayla was amazing at the front deskthe hotel had roaches in the hall way buy the rooms i also had roaches inmy room i went and brought raid to try and keep them down in my room
