We had an amazing stay at The Hilton. The facility was clean, beautiful and offered a great variety of amenities. The location was perfect. It was near waterside which had several restaurants and entertainment. I will definitely be staying again.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. From the stay, to the staff, the brunch, everything was top tier. The location is great, near a lot of restaurants and chill spots with good vibes. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be returning. We've found a go to spot when staying in Norfolk.

First time staying at Hilton The Main and loved every bit of it. The hotel is in a great location and is very clean. All the restaurants inside are great as well with good food. Will be staying here every time I visit.

I attended the VAMA conference here today and came across a housekeeper Faneecia, who was so kind, outgoing, and paid great attention to detail. She has the attitude and diligence that I wish I could have found when looking for a cleaning technician. She is top of the line. Great job Hilton finding great talent like her!

Lucy to the rescue! When checking into my room on 4/23/24 it appeared that the sheets hadn’t been changed from the prior guest. While that is incredibly concerning I want to focus this review on Luci (Lucinda). She was dispatched to place new sheets on the bed. She was incredibly pleasant… such an upbeat, positive person. She took a frustrating situation and turned it around. She is brand new, just 30 days with the hotel and I hope they realize the gem that they have on their team! While I gave the hotel 3 stars due to wear and tear in the room (missing handles on dresser and badly chipped furniture) and the bed sheet issue, Luci gets 5 stars for saving the day!

It is conveniently located in city center. Everything was consistent with my prior stays and it is up to expectation. Upper floors are nice and quiet. Shout out to LaCreasha for creating a warm welcome during early check-in at 11 in the morning. OBTW, the sink in 1722 has several cracks... the lines are not enough to cause a leak, but I think the water flow is adjusted accordingly to accomodate the draining speed.

I have stayed at this property too many times to count. The beds are absolutely comfortable , the best sleep that I have had at a hotel. Another plus is that there are 3 restaurants to choose from on the property. The rooftop restaurant, Grain, is always a vibe- especially in the summer. Saltine and Varia are equally impressive. I love that there are options for everyone.The location is in the hear of the Downtown Norfolk land close to many landmarks and local businesses.
