Great stay at Holiday Inn. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-appointed. The pool was lovely. The restaurant & bar had a full selection of beverages and food selections. We had a wonderful time & definitely would stay again!

Checked in excited to get in room and watch Superbowl. TV didn’t work. Took 45 min for someone to come and say that no it doesn’t work. Moved to another room, tv was so blurry you couldn’t see properly. Move to third room. Programs are in Spanish. So I miss 1/2 of Superbowl, put off dinner for the hour of moving around rooms. A stay at a cheaper hotel would have been better. Their stuff works and you have a microwave , ice cube tray in fridge, etc. Not here

The staff was very friendly and overly accommodating! I have stayed at all of the Holiday Inn hotels on the area over the last year and a half ...and the staff here was by far the best around. I will definitely be looking to stay here again for any future trips to the area.

Our room was great, very quiet and we slept great. The bathroom is small but it had everything we needed, totally fine. We absolutely loved the bar and hamburgers, the bartender Jamie was just great, so friendly and nice. We would absolutely stay here again!

There was confusion on the booking of the rooms that where prepaid thru *******. Next time I will book directly with the hotel staff.

From the moment of check in to check out, every staff I encountered was friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pillows were excellent! I was there for a conference so I only stayed for one night. I enjoyed my stay and got a good nights sleep.

The room was excellent, but the service could use some improvement. There was no room service menu or local attractions info in the room. We had to call the front desk for a menu, and it took 30+ minutes for them to deliver it. The bar/grill was only staffed by one person, who was so busy, we felt bad for them. Need to add a second or third staff member!!

It was pouring rain and the room we were in, the ceiling was dripping onto the TV stand. Other than that the stay was perfect.

I almost exclusively stay here, and they have comfy beds, friendly staff, clean rooms. The switch to large bottle dispensers for soap, shampoo is a welcome change; they have downgraded the kcups recently. I wish the TV channel selection was better, and that they would offer coffee in the reception area, like the business-focused hotels do. It would be great to get a cup before heading out that's better than kcups.
