Residence Inn Oklahoma City Norman

We stayed at this location for my daughter's graduation from OU. Upon arrival I had an issue with my credit card I didn't let them know I was traveling. The young lady that checked me in was very kind and patient as I was navigating the phone call with credit card customer service. The entire hotel was very clean inside and outside, the room smelled fresh and the bed was comfortable. There is a very nice shopping plaza in walking distance and it has a large variety of restaurants and shops. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and very welcoming they make you feel like you're the only person in the area when they are assisting you. If you're in need of a hotel in Norman, Ok this is the place for you. A big thanks to La-Ti, the other young lady that help with my card issue, and the other front desk staff for your great customer service!!

Stayed one night before our son’s admitted student day at Oklahoma. Great, convenient location. Plenty of restaurants nearby and about a 13 minute drive to campus. Room was nice and spacious, really liked the layout. Clean. Breakfast buffet was nice. Lady that checked us in was very friendly. Definitely would stay here again and hopefully longer than one night so we can utilize the kitchenette in the room.

Good location, clean, lobby had fireplace on the cold night. Service was professional and the lobby staff were welcoming.

Nice, clean and conveniently located. Staff was nice breakfast was great honestly no complaints . Stop here if you’re ever in town

The room was comfortable and the kitchenette provided the perfect space and amenities to prepare meals. The kitchenette had a full sized refrigerator/freezer combo, a microwave, two burner stove top, small dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare and eat a meal. Besides the kitchenette, there was a living area, bedroom area, closet, dressing aera, and large bathroom. This is definitely a great place to stay for family gatherings, girls shopping trips, work, or just a get away.

This hotel is actually very nice and also the front desk ladies that I interacted with were friendly and accommodating. We didn't eat breakfast here only because we went out to eat for breakfast but overall the hotel was great. Would come back!

My sons and I had a great stay here. The room was spacious, the furniture was updated, and it even smelled good. The staff was very nice and accommodating, too. Other benefits included it's choose proximity to OU and the complimentary breakfast. This will be our spot every time we visit!

Great stay! My room was clean and the check in staff was extremely friendly and warm. The check in and check out experience was smooth as well.

The hotel was very accommodating when we needed to move a class due to our previous location not being available. They were very clear and quick in responding and helpful overall. We love their help!
