We did have a nice comfortable stay at the hotel and breakfast was nice too.

The ladies that work in the morning/afternoon are rude. The 2 guys that work at night actually helped with my reservation getting lost, and then moved me to a new room when the 1st room wasn’t cleaned properly, the 2 guys that actually helped i greatly appreciate. The pool, I chose this hotel for the pool, we are staying a week. My kids are bored in this hotel. They keep saying they are gonna open it but every time we go and look or ask, they are rude about it, my son simply asked a question he’s 7, ms Becky was rude to him. 2 days with the pool closed is unnecessary. I’ve had a pool before I know for a fact “chemicals” don’t take 2 days to clean. Other than Becky and the pool everything else has been great!

Great stay as usual, bummed the pool was down, but with the extreme weather i understood. Staff is amazing. And the breakfast is always good.

We reserved this room because it was advertised as having EV charging. When we checked in, the desk clerk let us know it only works on old EV’s. Ours apparently wasn’t old enough (4 years) because the charger did not work. We had to go find a charging station.

Great experience all around. Breakfast was fantastic! Rooms were very clean. Pet area easily accessible. Quiet. Slept well.

Clean--amazing breakfast--Nice Hotel by Wyndym. Budget friendly and comparable to a Hilton. Go try the Hawaiian restaurant down the street.

Always a great visit when we are here visiting our family. The staff at hotel is so friendly and amazing. The breakfast is wonderful and Natalie, who runs the breakfast in the best thing about the hotel. We feel like we are at home in this hotel.
