Excellent hotel in the middle of the town.
Perfect service. Clean and nice rooms.
Very good breakfast.

We stayed on the top floor (7/F) with the view of the church and a square. Room is clean and the tub is large. Breakfast is good with a variety of bread and fresh fruits. You can also make your own mini pancakes. Location is perfect situated in the city centre close to train station. There are plenty of restaurants and sushi bars nearby. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a pub where you can grap a beer at around 90 skr. This is my second time staying at this hotel.

Hotellet är u**ärkt beläget. Störande med rum som vetter mot spårvagnsgatan. Rummen börjar bli lite trötta. Lördagmorgon, väldigt trångt i frukos**atsalen med permanent kö på 20 m och inga sittplatser. Sänker helhetsupplevelsen.

Caring, attentive, genuinely helpful staff - at reception both on check in and check out, and in the bar in the evening. The Bishop's Arms is a cosy place to spend time - much more so than most hotels in Sweden achieve. The breakfast is very good.

The hotel is nice but cold and drafty and you couldn't warm yourself up with a cup of coffee, the coffee was cold.
