I could have given a poorer review but for the staff being very helpful. There is a dearth of power points in the room I was in (2; one being for the kettle and the other in the bathroom.) the tv service is appalling to say the least. Many channels are not available such as one of my favourites Jeopardy and letters and numbers despite coming up as recognised. Smart TV would at least allow patrons to cast to the tv to watch sports events as you do not provide either smart tv or Foxtel. There were more than that such as the very basic breakfast menu with the additional costs for a ham and cheese croissant. Having a shower over the bath is not a safe option for any elderly patrons. I am a fit 73 year old and would prefer not to step over a bath.I have been coming here for some time now and each time I have hoped that these issues would have been addressed. I know we have choices about where we stay and I have been a loyal customer for quite some time now but I am seriously considering my options. The location is perfect for me but, there are other options.

A great place to stay. Staff are super friendly. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, and the overall decor is fantastic. Very relaxing. A perfect location with easy access to cafe's and restaurants and easy access to the CBD. Will definitely stay again.

The mattress was awesome, I usually sleep with a very flat pillow (almost nothing at all) so the larger pillows didn't suit me, but that is my preference and there isn't anything wrong with them. Staff as always were friendly and just as important helpful. I had a couple of queries, before and during my stay and each time the staff sorted it all out without any issues. Top job guys.

Great reception. Room clean and tidy. Always try to fill any requests we have. Close to many restaurants . Parking is always available as long as you reserve a space. The Hotel feel very secure. As we have stayed many times in the past 3 years,we always feel welcome.

The room was Awesome, beds were like sleeping on clouds, Staff were extremely helpful, Balcony view was good. Now the let down. Breakfast. Breakfast was made up of pre-made muffins and ham cheese croissants. A cooked breakfast would be so much better.

This is not my first time at the Adelaide Inn, I keep checking Ming back because it has an array of choices for rooms, all of which I believe I have utilised, the SPA ROOM, Just a walk in SHOWER room and an over a he Bath shower, the bath is big and full of length, much to my pleasure I utilised it last night 16/5/2024. I love the array of the menus available, the staff at check in & check out are beautiful, very polite, well mannered, and bubbly with great sense of humour The location in O’Connell Street is very close to shopping, entertainment, eateries & a fabulous 24/7 bakery plus fuel outlet This motel also welcome well trained dogs and I have also utilised this option too, with great views of the busseling O’Connell Street

Everyone was wonderful and the hotel itself was excellent except the lack off disable facilities..
We could take a walker out on flat ground at 6pm but returning at 10 the gate was locked and we had to come around the front door and try and get a walker up the front steps. Upon entering the dining room we had the same problem only steps no ramp for a walker or wheelchair access
