Crowne Plaza North Augusta

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The rooftop lounge was everything!

A fine stay. First night, my sink drain was very slow so I told receptionist as leaving for the day & it was running perfectly when I returned. This stay very quiet - didn’t hear a peep overnight. Shower worked well with good drain. Self parking in garage across the street - use your card key to work the gate arm. Augusta baseball stadium is next door & area feels pretty safe (within reason) with upscale restaurants & neighborhoods nearby.

There is so much that was good about our experience at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta, it is difficult to know how to begin this review. I was impressed when I stepped into the hotel lobby, which had a well-appointed, unpretentious elegance. Our room was extremely attractive, with comfortable furniture and a first-rate bed. The Salt and Marrow Restaurant provided a lovely dining experience with good drinks and a menu that included standard fare such as short ribs, scallops, and pork as well unusual food like Grilled Kangaroo. On our second night we ate in the bar, which had additional offerings such as an assortment of sandwiches. The summary is that the facilities and the food at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta made for a most enjoyable experience. However, without the extraordinary effort of Angela and Joe, two Crowne Plaza North August employees, our two-day stay could not have happened. They solved overwhelming accommodation issues; Angela searched the entire hotel for a room that would work for us, and Joe personally saw that we were settled comfortably in that room. Both did so with a level of dedication and joy that created a most welcoming environment. The management of the hotel embraces employees providing their best. Angela and Joe could not have done things better. The Crowne Plaza North Augusta combines the best people, food, and facilities to create a first-class vacation experience.

Property was nice. Very clean rooms. Staff were great and walking distance for food choices.

I stayed here several years ago and the service was not nearly as good. We enjoyed our stay this time.

I really liked the property, however, I do wish the $100 pet fee for incidentals was disclosed upfront upon booking the room. It may be an abrupt inconvience for other guest when they check-in. However, the dining facility, parking garage, and staff were 10/10. I would definitely recommend others to stay here if visiting Augusta, GA or hosting a business event here potentially.

LaToya has been amazing all week! I was in town for work and LaToya went above and beyond for our group. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. LaToya always had a small on ber face and continously checked on each of our group to see if there was anything else she could do or get for us.

Latoyah has been fabulous!! She has gone above and beyond for us teachers! We asked and she provided! So important to have coffee in the morning! ☕️ She’s always very pleasant, happy, and genuine. You can tell that she enjoys her job and takes pride in it!
