Extended my stay for recovery of my surgery. Quiet and all were friendly staff. I highly recommend My Place North Aurora.

This hotel was amazing for the price, the room setup was cozy and home-like. Would definitely recommend, especially if you like cooking your own food instead of takeout. Also the lady at the front desk that helped me checking in was super sweet.

Very neat and clean. Room was very nice. Looked like a fairly new building. We were just there one night. It was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. The only thing out of the ordinary was that the water for the shower wasn't hot. It was warm enough to not be uncomfortable, but not even close to hot.

Very clean, neat, easy access, convenient check in with a nice conversational kid named Jake/Jack.
You can't ask for a nicer place to stay, I wish I was here on business for a week to take advantage of the kitchen, with a full size refrigerator!!

Newer property, comfortable beds, etc. However it listed kitchenette as feature of the hotel. Sure enough there was a cook top, etc. But no plates, pans, glasses to be found. There was cabinet space for all these items but they had nothing in them. We have stayed at numerous hotels with kitchenettes and had never encountered anything like this before. Front desk was no help at all. Felt bad for the girl at the counter but she had no idea that there should be dishes, pots etc in the room. Poor training by management. Not sure why you would advertise kitchenette if you don't stock it. They should note it is a BYOP (brings your own pots/pans). Never again for this place!

We stayed here for about 6 weeks to visit family and friends for the holidays. We were quoted a price at 86.24 per night. I got a printed out receipt when we checked out and were charged 111.19 for 8 nights and 121.19 for 2 night. I should have looked at it before we left, but I didn't until we got home. The hotel is extended stay, but the rooms have nothing to cook with. No silverware, cups, bowls, plates, pots or pans. We have stayed at other extended stay hotels and they provide all of those things. The room was supposed to be cleaned once a week on Wednesday and towel replacement on Sundays. We had to ask multiple times for our room to be cleaned and for fresh towels. If you are staying for a week or less, it would probably be ok, but if longer, I would not recommend.

Very clean hotel. Everything had a new feel to it. Nice and quiet area, not far from restaurants and stores. A couple of restaurants are right by the hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Overall great place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.
