It has been our pleasure to spend a night at Lincoln downs motel the reception staff were very friendly and this made our stay even more enjoyable. Plenty for the boys to do to occupy themselves and the breakfast even though continental was well worth it and great value for dollar. Clean and comfortable beds.

The staff were kind, professional and welcoming, the room was lovely and the grounds are divine. We were so well cared for - and the lovely atmosphere provided the rest and relaxation we needed. We especially loved being able to walk out our door to the waterside and even though we were so close to town, enjoying the quiet of the country-side.

Room was clean and bed comfy had usual mini bar tea and coffee facilities...ate at the restaurant staff friendly where short staffed at restaurant and had to stick to timing with dinner reservations...food was on high price but was filling wasn't skimpy on portion.

Very comfortable accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient. We had two dinners at Briars Restaurant which were excellent! The wine list was well thought out and contained many local wines which we appreciated.
