Best Western North Bay Hotel Conference Centre

Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly at checking and out.

We like travelling mid-week off season, so here we are again ! BW North Bay is on our calender every spring. We love this place. Excellent location. Close to downtown but away from the hustle & bustle. Spotless room, great staff, beautiful pool, and the best restaurant in town is located off the lobby. If we're ever reported 'missing', look for us here, but take your time.

Great location for snowmobiling. Restaurant was very slow, we stayed 2 nights. I expected room to be cleaned & new towels during the day. They only came at 5:40pm when we just got back to room and needed to shower. They handed us towels.

Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly and helpful, restaurant is great!!! Parking is also great!! Lots of room

Best Western in North Bay proved to be a great choice for our recent Trapper's Convention weekend. Staff here are wonderful! Food is great and our food choices were reasonably priced. Although the bar itself was not open during our stay, bar food is available through the restaurant. The entire hotel is kept very clean, pool was great (I'm not so sure about the hot tub) and the cost of our stay was was reasonable at today's prices. Glad to say it was also nice and quiet during our visit. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Arrived late at this hotel after a long drive from Thunder Bay. When we arrived, we realized it was Shad fly season and the hotel and the whole town had a huge amount of flies around every light, totally not their fault, and they handled it well. Was able to check in easily, and service was friendly and quick. Bed was comfortable, and room was clean. I was told when I checked in that the pool was not working, so it was not available, which would have been nice to know. I was able to charge my EV without any extra cost and because I came in late I didn't have to move it after it completed charging. Overall they treated us great and it was a great stay.

Staff was curtious. Only one big towel between 3 ppl was not enough. Hallway and neighbours were very loud

The check in was very quick, the staff friendly and polite. The room was clean and cozy, it was a very bad winter storm outside at the time, so that was a welcome change! I was able to check in, drop my luggage in the room and get to the restaurant located on the premises for a delicious, vegan dinner.

The maid had a gift for our 3 year old grand daughter, this was unexpected and a very nice touch. Making the visit over the top
