Stayed for just one night and glad it was just that I am a Best Western employee and the customer service I received was terrible and not what is expected within the BW brand standards Rushed checked in no conversation just robotic and plain rude!! Also no eye contact or friendliness from any staff for that matter Wouldn’t stay here again if it was free. You also have staff all over the complex smoking and just messing on phones very unprofessional. Rooms and hotel itself needs a facelift very tired and I felt depressed just staying the evening Only thing going for it is the views of the bay Didn’t eat here didn’t even know it had a restaurant wasn’t even told about it on check in either just given keys and told where to go Top tip - avoid!!!
