酒店位於新澤西，房間設施類似快捷酒店，設施比較簡陋。
地理位置不太好，周圍環境感覺有些差。交通不太方便，周邊沒有地鐵，雖然去曼哈頓距離不算遠，但是打車需要除了車費外還需要交20美元的隧道的費用，所以費用還是蠻貴的。晚上打出租屬於出城，司機不給打表，叫價都很離譜。房間的燈和USB插座是壞的，找前台説解決不了，讓自己想辦法。服務人員的素質不太好。房費加打車的費用可以在離市區更近一點的位置找個同等水平的酒店。除非是去附近辦事，要不不推薦住。

Hotel appena fuori New York, ma servizio Paterson New York con bus perfetto (3.5 dollari a persona per tratta). Passaggio ogni 5 min a 5 min dall'Hotel, che a seconda del traffico (20-25 minuti) arriva a Times Square. Colazione buona per essere a New York, palestra presente, wifi in tutta la struttura.
