The first room smelled very smoky and wasn’t clean. Second room also smelled strongly of smoke. Third room was okay, but the floor had not been vacuumed and one of the drawers was filled with breakfast pastries that a former guest had left.

Only the service staff elevators were working, and not all buttons work. I was told I could get ice on the second floor but there was trash in the ice, when I asked the front desk the man said “we don’t offer ice”. I got two remotes for the tv and neither worked. The room did not look like the picture. There was an aggressive altercation in the lobby that involved three police cars that my child witnessed. There were not fitted sheets on the bed, just sheets tucked under the mattress that moved when you moved, and the comforter did not cover the whole bed. When I spoke with the front desk, Staff told me “there are issues everywhere can’t help you”. No discount or cheap hotel is worth the stuff we put up with.

Well is not a fancy hotel but good for some vacations days to enjoy the city. They provide grab and go breakfast too. So I can come back!! The staff is very kind and nice!

My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The amenities advertised online, like a restaurant, shuttle to Times Square and continental breakfast, were non-existent. The room was dirty, with food crumbs under the bed and even a fake nail behind the nightstand. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and we were provided with only 2 small pillows per bed. To top it off, a fire alarm rudely woke us at 8 am, with zero staff guidance or help during the evacuation. The breakfast 'to-go bags' contained cheap, unhealthy items. The management's lack of apology and refusal to offer any form of compensation for the numerous issues encountered made this stay utterly unacceptable.
