Great hotel for work or vacation.

Room was neat and clean. Hotel staff was very friendly. Business center was permanently disabled but staff offered to print out what I needed. Breakfast was included, as was coffee in the lobby. Close to stores and restaurants, including a Staples.

The staff is so kind and went out of their way to make our stay perfect! Miss Maggie at the front desk was so personable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. We stayed at this Hampton Inn last year and this year as my daughter comes to New Brunswick for an annual Dance Competition. Miss Maggie spoke with my daughter about dance and her own goddaughter’s experience with dance, which made my daughter feel connected and special. What a wonderful ambassador for the Hampton Inn and Hilton corporation! Thank you

The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the climate control was effective. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the shower was delightful, and the free breakfast was delicious.

Was surprised to have to pay a $150 damage deposit at check in - that left a sour taste.

I really enjoyed the staff, they were amazing and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet! There were many places that were in walking distance from restaurants to grocery stores, even Walmart. If ever I am in the New Brunswick area, I will be staying at the Hampton Inn.
