Great hotel in a friendly spot. Nice and spacious.

There is nothing around the hotel, but the interior environment of the hotel room is OK and the price-performance ratio is good.

Our room was facing a busy road and we could hear loud traffic all night. The bed was not comfortable - hard and squeaked with every little move. Walls are paper thin and we could hear the couple in the neighboring room, waking us up at 2 am. The towels were old and scratchy. The food on the breakfast buffet was disgusting, cheap ingredients.

The convenience of checking in, how clean the bathroom and room was. The mini waffles you make yourself in the morning.

Once a month I get a hotel in this area because my girlfriend lives there, for the price, this was the cleanest hotel we have stayed at! Plenty of towels didn't have to ask for more and breakfast was just simple and hit the spot! Anyone I spoke to behind the counter was very nice and helpful and nice!

I would stay here again. Check in was quick and easy, had some issues with the keys but the man at the front desk had it resolved quickly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a microwave & small fridge. Free breakfast in the morning is always a nice touch!

it was a nice room i would have prefered a suite with the seprate bed room but i did book late so that was my fault other than that i have no complaints just a suggestion think about removing some of the carpets it was very hard to move around on the carpeting in my wheel chair just a suggestion

The second night I found a big on my bed and the my pillow case had spots of fresh blood. So turn out my bed was infested with bed bugs or something. I called the hotel and they changed my room. I had to wash all my clothes and I’m still itching. Gross

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The thing I did not like about your service was the fact that you clean rooms ie Provide clean linen and supplies every other day this is annoying esp if you have disposed of food after meals etc. I think if nothing else garbage pick up and then additional plastic bags would be helpful. Breakfast was nice and areas very clean.

This is a great property. Very clean and quiet. Staff is amazing!! This is an awesome place to stay while traveling.

Management more concerned with perceived corporate policy than customer service. Protested that his hands are tied - is he a manager or a hired hand to “inflict” corporate policy? I invite corporate to contact me to discuss this further.
