This was one of the worst experiences we've had at a Marriott. We were excited to get there based on the reviews and pictures on their website. When we arrived, 3 significant stains on the carpet appeared to be fairly fresh and were about 6-8 inches in diameter. Both bathroom sinks had fresh hairs on them from shaving. Plentiful, black dense hair - could not be missed. Also, there was a fresh watermark from a glass on the nightstand near the bed. One shower would not drain. I notified management in the AM, however, he did not appear interested in helping. The room looked nothing like the website photos. We did not get good sleep! I would appreciate some form of compensation. I offered pictures to the hotel manager and he did not want them. Very disappointed.

The room was very spacious and clean. With the front manager being an absolute genuine and kind person, I felt like my accommodation from check in to check out was a wonderful experience. I plan on staying here again on my next visit in town.

Room was clean and spacious, the grounds of the hotel were dirty with an over flowing trash can right at the side entry. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Location was perfect for a weekend getaway with family. We were close to the Tanger Outlet mall and plenty of restaurants.
