I wish I had a better experience but, it was a disappointment. After returning from dinner that evening, I took a shower so I could retire early, knowing I had an early flight. I went to crawl into bed only to find it had NO fitted sheet on the bed! I reported it to the front desk and housekeeping was called to deliver a sheet. It was handed to me as if I was expected to make the bed, but I explained there was no sheet and I wanted an entire new set because I didn't want to use any of the sheets that were on it. I ended up helping the man from housekeeping to remake the bed. I was surprised that there was no apology from management or follow-up. I used to consider the Fairfield chain decent but, I'm reconsidering. Lately, I have found them to be lowering their standards. As a hotel they don't even send out a survey like other hotels do. I guess they don't care to know how they rate.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk seemed annoyed and not pleasant. Our suite was large, but very outdated. The couch was stained up. The bed comforter was also stained and yellowed. I had to request new bedding. There was mold along the outside of the shower, the wall paper was peeling off, the vent was black and full of dust. This hotel has potential, but needs TLC. For a one night pre-cruise stay it was sufficient, but next time I will go elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay although it was very brief. We really enjoyed the "happy hour" at 5:30. Nice area to go sit and watch the football game and have some good snacks.

I picked this hotel because it was not the cheapest and had the higher ratings. However, despite stating that it had an airport shuttle service, it has limited hours and was not available on a weekend afternoon or early in the morning. I was reimbursed for one trip but not the second. Also, in a room with a king-sized bed there were outlets only on one side of the bed; not very convenient if two people are staying in the room. Otherwise, the cleanliness and courtesy of the staff were great. Don't count on the shuttle however.

Everyone was so kind and caring. We had an issue with our room however front desk manager and GM are working to make it right. Property is located very conveniently to all types or retail and restaurants and adjacent to a very nice mall you can walk to!
