I wish I had a better experience but, it was a disappoin**ent. After returning from dinner that evening, I took a shower so I could retire early, knowing I had an early flight. I went to crawl into bed only to find it had NO fitted sheet on the bed! I reported it to the front desk and housekeeping was called to deliver a sheet. It was handed to me as if I was expected to make the bed, but I explained there was no sheet and I wanted an entire new set because I didn't want to use any of the sheets that were on it. I ended up helping the man from housekeeping to remake the bed. I was surprised that there was no apology from management or follow-up. I used to consider the Fairfield chain decent but, I'm reconsidering. Lately, I have found them to be lowering their standards. As a hotel they don't even send out a survey like other hotels do. I guess they don't care to know how they rate.
