Had to pay 250$ deposit since i live within 50 miles. Ridiculous!!! Won't do that again.

Room was clean and a nice size but the bathroom was super small. Breakfast could be much better! The pool could be bigger and they need to clean the pool water. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub.

I like everything about this hotel, but somehow I got allergies in that room. Sneezed alot while I stayed. Felt so humid in that room. Also, they don’t have microwave in rooms, which was mentioned in reviews by others. So it didn’t bothered me. But everything else was great!

Trashy guests making a ton of noise disrupting my stay and the hotel harassed ME when I complained. Guest above me had kids running and jumping pounding on my head til 9pm when I have to sleep to work early. Told front desk and they called her room but she didn't answer. Complained again but no one was available to go up there. So I had to take matters into my own hands and knock on her door myself. I asked her politely to stop the pounding and she rudely said "Are you kidding me, we are walking normally!" They were NOT. Kids were jumping. A few mins later she had security show up at my door harassing me telling me she felt "uncomfortable" and scolding me for having to knock on her door. They sided with her and said she was walking normally. Unreal. After checkout I get an email from the hotel still scolding me for having to knock on her door and telling me I should stay on the top floor of hotels if I cant deal with people above "walking normally." Really? Perhaps you should take guests complaints seriously or have enough staff available to intervene so I wouldn't have to do it myself in order to sleep peacefully. So they believe she "felt uncomfortable," wasnt making noise & felt harassed but they didn't believe me and thought it was fine to harass me on behalf of her. Never again will I stay at any Hyatt and I will review them far and wide. STOP GASLIGHTING YOUR WELL PAYING CUSTOMERS who travel for work.
